New Nose
Yes Im gonna have a new nose in a few months :p But this surgery has nothing to do with vanity... yet. It's for a medical reason but yesterday I was thinking (yes sometimes I do it) if Im gonna have a nose surgery... why not take advantage of that and... well you know... make some changes. Anyway Im still not sure of what to do. What do you think? What would you do?

Good thing you're gettin the surgery if its for a health reason, and in any case, i think its up to you (and those who will pay it xD)

MM i think I need a nose surgery too, because I can´t breathe with the left hole of my nose, and I'd too take advantage and make my nose look better.
